Utensils for Daily Grooming of Dogs

This article gives you an indication on the main objects used in daily care. Here is everything you need for the daily grooming of your Shih Tzu or Maltese Bichon or any other curly dog you may have.

Of course, you do not carry out the same grooming operations every day.

You can soil scattered hairs using dry shampoo and cleansing lotion, which usually smells very nice. You can find these products for sale in pet shops.

Scissors are also necessary because you often have to cut the hair around the eyes and on the pads and round the hair on the feet, among others. These can also available in pet shops.

The toothpaste spray is highly convenient and efficient for everyday use. This tastes good and it does not scare your dog in any way. It is available in pet shops, with groomers, at exhibitions and at veterinary practices.

The ears should be cleaned at least once a week. You can use Otolane lotion for that, which you can find for sale at the vet’s practice.

You need round cottons on which you shed Dacryoserum or saline solution to clean your dog’s eyes every day or several times a day if necessary. These can be found in pharmacies.

You also need detangling lotion. The Anju detangling lotion is a true miracle if your dog’s fur is knotted. However, you should not have such problems if you add enough shampoo when bathing the dog as this nourishes the hair. Such products are usually available for sale in pet shop, with groomers and at exhibitions.
The comb you use should have wide-spaced teeth.

You can apply small quantities of anti-itch milk on the lines around the top knot. Then your dog will not scrape its skull and ruin its hairstyle within 5 minutes after the grooming session. Apply this milk and it will remain impeccably coiffed for 48 hours. This also seems to be a true miracle. You can find it in pet shops.
You need small very sharp scissors to cut the elastics of the top knot. Otherwise, you may hurt your dog if you cut too much hair at once as you actually pull the hairs instead of cutting them.

You need elastics of various colors and sizes depending on the thickness of the wick to hold the top knot. You can find elastics with groomers or in pet shops, as well as at exhibitions. Small fabric knots for adorning their heads are conventionally sold in pet stores, by groomers or at exhibitions. You can also find metal accessories at low prices on the shelves of H&M stores.

You need a clamp to cut the claws!!! Clamps are better and cut more accurately than any other accessories intended for this purpose sold in pet stores. Some stores sell cardboards or nail files for filing any small burrs that may remain after cutting the nails. However, the dog may associate these with stress and it will no longer stay still during the grooming session.

Last but not least, you can sprinkle a little cologne for dogs like Oh My Dog, which smells deliciously good and does not cause any allergies or sneezing. Most dog owners apply cologne once a week. Cologne is also available in pet shops.

Have fun and good luck!

Many people enjoy the game of roulette due to the excitement it provides. The hype and adrenaline rush you get when you play this game are simply one of a kind. More and more people have been persuaded to play roulette at this time when there are thousands of online casinos to choose from. Online roulette not only allows you to choose the time when you want to play and the location but also gives you the opportunity to find to play for free at first. This is a huge advantage because you can play roulette and place bets without spending your own money. These free games are intended to convince people to register with some online casinos. It is a kind of marketing strategy you cannot encounter in land-based casinos.

Online casinos and free roulette

free roulette
Roulette is one of the oldest forms of gambling in the world and has continued to gain popularity since the first moment it was played. This popularity is probably due the simplicity and excitement of the game. There were no free roulette games when online casinos first appeared. However, they developed together with the internet. There is not a big difference between playing roulette in land-based casinos and playing the game online as the rules and mechanics are the same. However, you do not hear any sounds when you play roulette online, so you might not feel the same kind of excitement as in a real casino.

The game of roulette can be really fun, but winning makes it even more fun. Therefore, most roulette players use or try to use strategies that can help them beat the casino. If you are one of those playing who are looking for a perfect roulette system, you should remember one thing: there is no single approach or system that can help you beat the casino. This is not really a disappointment, but only a kind of wake-up call. However, there are a few very helpful roulette strategies that can serve as a playing field or guide when you play roulette.

The best thing to do if you want to have an advantage over the house is to know the roulette rules inside out. Roulette is a very simple game but there are several factors about roulette you have to understand like the two types of roulette games or the type of betting systems you can use.

You should take advantage of the free roulette game offered by so many online casinos to become more familiar with the mechanics of the game. This additional knowledge can help you play the game better and win more money. Good luck!

Rules of Casino Games

The rules of online roulette

The game of roulette is one of the most exclusive and exciting games played in virtual casinos. The goal of the game is to determine the number the ball launched into the wheel finally land on. The wheel rotates around a pivot and is divided into 38 slots (in the American version). 36 of the slots are numbered 1 through 36. The first half is red and the other one is black. There are two green slots marked 0 and 00. Thus, each slot is numbered and has a specific color.

Rules of Casino Games
Players can bet on a specific number, but they can also choose combinations of numbers. For instance, they can bet on an odd or even number, on one of the first twelve numbers or on a specified column of numbers represented on the carpet. They can bet that the ball will land on a red or black number or that it will land on a green zero slot.

Roulette is a table game. The players bet against the bank. They can move and change their bets until the famous phrase "No more bets" is announced and displayed in the status line at the bottom of the screen.

Once the bets have been placed, the ball is thrown into the wheel. The gains are allocated when the ball lands in one of the slots. Players cannot wager more than the maximum bet. The minimum and maximum betting limits are displayed in the lower right corner of the screen. Of course, the player is responsible for the correct positioning of their bets on the table.

The bets

The losing bets are removed from the table and the winning bets are paid out according to the following table:
The bet placed                                                                         The payout ratio
A single number (full)                                                 35 to 1

One of the 12 numbers in the horizontal row (dozen)            2 to 1

Split (2 numbers)                                                                     17 to 1

Vertical row (three numbers)                                                  11 to 1

Square (4 numbers)                                                                 8 to 1

6 numbers in two contiguous lines (simple section)                5 to 1

1st, 2nd and 3rd column                                                         2 to 1

First, second and third dozen                                                 2 to 1

5 numbers: 0, 00, 1, 2, 3                                                          6 to 1

Low, high, black, red, even, odd                                            1 to 1

For example, if your initial bet is 20 USD on a single number (the payout ratio is 35 to 1), you receive your original bet of 20 USD plus 35 times your bet, which means 700 USD. Here is another example: if you bet 100 USD on Red (1 to 1), you receive your original bet of 100 USD plus a gain of 100 USD. There are multiple types of bets you can place, so you have to think which one to choose.

The advantage of playing roulette online instead of in a land-based casino is that it is easier to play.

The player does not have to pay attention to the dealer to see if the bets have been completed. They cannot accidentally forget to place the minimum bet or exceed the maximum bet. As with all online games, there is a "Help", "Rules" or a question mark button that takes the player to a small page with detailed explanations on the game and its rules.

You can play several versions of the game of roulette: royal roulette, French roulette, American roulette, European roulette, the "Gold Series"... Some casinos like Spin Palace casino, for example, give you the opportunity to play royal roulette and aim for a progressive jackpot.

As in all casino games, you should start by testing your skills for fun and not play for money. This allows you to familiarize yourself with the game. You can learn to play roulette using online software and develop your strategies without losing money in the process. Golden Palace Casino also allows you to play roulette for hours without making a deposit. You can also choose a no download casino like Euro Casino. Once you master your strategy, you can take action and play this exciting game for real money!

Tips for Casino Beginners

You have learned the basics of the Hold'em poker game, you downloaded the free software, you have exercised via the apprenticeship program and now you are ready to embark on the great adventure of the poker game. Here are some tips that should help especially if you want to start playing for real money in cash games or tournaments. The reaction of the players is different when you play with dummy chips or when you play with real money.

Be patient.

Build your game depending on your position in relation to the button and play cleanly and wisely.

Do not hold a grudge against one or another opponent. Do not try to take revenge in the next few coups because you are likely to lose even more.

Do not rush, especially if you have a seemingly unbeatable hand.

Whether playing at a casino table or on the internet, you should consider your opponents’ reactions (patience, aggressiveness, bluff, etc.).

Most importantly, have fun!

The bluff in poker

"The art of poker (whether at an offline table or on the internet) lies in the player's ability to bluff or to make their opponent believe that they have an upper hand, thus discouraging them to bet or raise."
Bluffing is decisive in the poker game. However, it must be used wisely and knowingly.
Warning: you should not bluff regularly because your opponents will know and read you very quickly. A bluff takes practice. A bluffer is only successful after a long training period.

Here is what you should consider prior to a bluff:
Your position at the table;

Observing the other players;

The strength of the pot (there is no point in bluffing if the pot contains only a few cents);

The evolution of the bets (if a player bets large sums of money, they probably have a good hand);

Your own game (you are not bluffing if you have a winning hand);

The sensitivity of the moment.
How do you know if you are a good bluffer? This is simple. You are a good bluffer if your bluffs are successful more than half of the time. You can easily simulate bluffs and analyze all possible reactions with the many free tutorials available on the internet.
The categories of players
The conservative player: This is a wise poker player who has a regular behavior and does not give up.

The smug: This is a poker player who knows they are beaten, yet they want to see the cards.

The bluffer: This is an aggressive poker player who usually (but not always) bluffs for no reason.

The aggressive player: This is a poker player who plays aggressively to very aggressively.

The versatile player: This is a poker player who manifests all the behaviors described above. Therefore, they are unpredictable. Most of the great champions are versatile players.
How to choose a table
The next step after using the training room to familiarize yourself with the functions of the game and its development is to learn how to choose a table. Lobby window allow you to sit at a table to test it. Here are the steps you need to take:
Play for fun

Choose Thurs (Hold'em)

Choose the type of limit (Limit, Pot Limit, No Limit)

Choose the bid (from pennies to dollars)

Choose the table size (2, 6 or 10 players)

Optional: Check the details of the table (blinds, minimum limit, etc.)

Go to the table you have selected

The presence of other players at the table allows you to use a technique that does not work against a video poker machine: the bluff. This technique allows you to bet large sums of money in an attempt to scare your opponents, who may give up their hand even if it is better than yours.

These buttons indicate the type of table you can choose. For example, you can select a Practice Play table. You can play either for real money or for play money. Real poker tables are colored red while practice tables are colored blue.

Choose your game

Then you have to select the type of game you want to play. The game tabs at the top of the menu indicate the type of table you can choose. For example, you can choose a Hold'em table. As you can imagine, you can only play Texas Hold'em at this table. You now have to choose an approach. For example, you can choose the traditional approach, which means that you look through the list of available tables to find one that meets your needs and an open seat. The other alternative is to use the search bar to find a seat at the desired table quickly. Once you find it, you can sit down and start playing.

Traveling by bicycle Tips for flying with a bike

How much does it cost to take the bike on the plane and how you should package it?
Bicycle on the plane, how much does it cost?

The prices for the bicycle transport in an aircraft vary from airline carrier. Within Europe, some companies take the bike with even free cost. Otherwise, costs of bicycle transportation by air within Europe can be € 25-50 each way. For bicycle tours in Europe, it is definitely worthwhile. The situation is different however in long-haul flights. Here, the prices are € 80-300 per trip. Some airlines may take the bike instead of a piece of luggage. These bikes have to be built, however, largely apart as they go beyond the otherwise maximum luggage dimensions. In any event, the bicycle must be registered prior to travel with the airline.

The bike for the flight pack

First of all, let me say that bikes nowadays no longer be thrown through the area, as long as they are abandoned bicycles and recognizable as such. In special stores, bike bags are offered in which the bikes can be stored safely. However, such cases are not necessarily identified by the airport staff as a bike bag and thrown like even once. In addition, they are expensive and take away a lot of space at the destination. Some airlines offer special bags for bicycles, in which you can pack the bikes after a thorough groundwork in good conscience. The best packaging for bikes on planes, however, is with cardboard and / or freestyle wrapping techniques with tape. Boxes for bicycles as a charter service should be for free from the bike shop. But you have to ask in advance, as the cases are often thrown away immediately. Another option is to completely wrap the bike and secure with tape (Freestyle winding technology). The advantage is that you store at your destination no packing material.

One should, however, devote some parts of special attention.
Best preparation for the flight

Basically, it is recommended by the airlines to let the air out of the tires and put the cross bar. Furthermore, it is recommended that all bicycle parts that are easily removable must be dismantled. These pedals are the same as speedometer cables, bottle holders, lamps, etc. The course should be switched so that the chain cannot fall down when you touch the thumb switch. The chain is always on the largest chain ring. In addition, the chain rings with foil and duct tape are specially protected. This also applies to the brakes and also be sensitive to all other circuit components such as handlebars and saddle lowered so far as possible. Moreover, it is wise to keep the top tube with foam or bubble wrap. Otherwise, the complete bike is finally wrapped in plastic and secured with tape.

With such a packed bike, you can approach the air travel by bike calm. You can sit back and relax. Upon arrival, an extensive bike check will not hurt, of course.

Tips on Laptops

The choice of Windows or Linux

Almost all computers available on the market today are offered with the operating system Microsoft Windows Vista included. The UFC has long considered this bundling as prohibited under Article L.122-1 of the Consumer Code. The government has also admitted that the Secretary of State has included two measures to improve transparency vis-à-vis the consumer in his plan for the development of digital economy. The first one aims for the prices of software and those of pre-installed operating systems to be displayed separately, while the second aims to permit the buyer to choose whether they want a computer with a pre-installed operating system. Now you can be reimbursed for the operating system if you do not want to use it (if you prefer a free operating system like Ubuntu or Mandriva). The authorities have launched an online guide of repayment on the internet. The Darty distributor displays the procedure with all the manufacturers both in stores and on their website. This is an isolated initiative that deserves to be emphasized.

Windows Vista: a real pain?

Of course, Windows Vista will always remain in history. No computer operating system has caused the spilling of as much ink. The system was not in tune when it was first sold by Microsoft in January 2007. The computers were not powerful enough to support such a cumbersome system. Consequently, they were idling and there were a lot of "buggies". The incompatibility of Windows Vista with several pieces of software and peripherals (printers) has reduced its popularity significantly.

Things have changed today. There are still some incompatibility problems, but the computers sold are more powerful. Requiring 2 GB of RAM, Windows Vista does not slow down the machine. Microsoft claimed to have learned their lesson and promised not to repeat the same mistakes with Windows Seven, Vista's successor. And they didn’t.

Should you be afraid of Linux?

Microsoft Windows (XP, Vista) largely dominated the scene of operating systems. Only the eternal rival Apple has successfully provided an alternative with its Mac. Another very credible though not very visible operating system is Linux. Linux is not an operating system per se, but rather a free core database for developers. They rely on it to develop software that they then make available to the public (or business), either for free or not. Some operating systems are beginning to make a name among these programs (they are referred to as "distribution systems"). These include Ubuntu, Mandriva, Open Suse, Gentoo or Fedora. Each of them is completely outside the lines of the Microsoft universe. First of all, these distributions are free (for consumers) unlike the Windows operating systems. Then, they are not very appealing from a visual point of view, but publishers cultivate simplicity. Finally, the software used in Windows is not compatible with it, but there are some Linux equivalents (not always easy to find). Most are free, too.

Freedom is priceless

Free software is not necessarily free as seen at  www.ultraslimlaptop.com. In fact, these two notions are distinct. The publisher offers internet users free software, but still controls its source code (its "recipe") and is the only one that can improve it and publish modified versions. The term "free software" refers to the freedom of the software and not to its price. Users can run, copy, modify and distribute the software without the permission of the creator. Mozilla Firefox, Mozilla Thunderbird, OpenOffice.org and VLC are known examples of free software. They are also free.

Keyboards: The mystery of the M button

Some computer keyboards, including laptop keyboards, display an M key that is smaller than the other letters. Why an M? On the standard U.S. keyboards (QWERTY), this key is reserved for the question mark. The M key is smaller than the others for easy retrieval. It is a memento of globalization or the key of the manufacturer.

The Use of a Sanitizer

Let’s assume that the water in your pool is well balanced chemically, but there are still bacteria, algae and contaminants in the water. Therefore, you need a product to purify your water.

Chlorine is the most common product on the market. It is also used by municipalities to clean up the water you drink. It is available in several formats: granules, tablets, cleaners, liquid and gaseous form. Chlorine can be stabilized or unstabilized. The advantage of stabilized chlorine is that it is not affected by UV rays and remains in the water longer.

Of course, there are also other types of purifiers on the market such as bromine, hypochlorite, lithium, trichlor, dichlor, etc. to name a few. This article focuses on the most popular: chlorine.

The daily dosage

If you use a distributor of chlorine or chlorine pucks in the skimmer, you should perform your tests and make sure the chlorine levels are within the limits. But if you use chlorine granules and chlorine in liquid form, then you will use one dose daily to maintain the levels:

1.0 to 3.0 ppm for residential or commercial pools;

3.0 to 5.0 ppm for residential or commercial spas.

The ideal time of day to add chlorine

You should add it by late afternoon because then it remains in the water throughout the night and can fight bacteria and algae better due to the lack of sunlight.

Water low in chlorine: <1.0 - Rapid formation of algae and bacteria, strong smell of chlorine, can cause disease.

Normal chlorine levels: between 1.0 and 3.0  - Ideal range for the control of algae and bacteria.

Water etching in chlorine: >3.0 - Discoloration of hair and bathing suits, potential eye irritation.
picture of pool supplies..
Approximate dosage                                       Approximate dosage

of granules or tablets (with stabilizer)             of granules or tablets (without stabilizer)
30 g per 10,000 liters of water                       60 g per 10,000 liters of water
Super chlorination (when the temperature exceeds 32 ° C)
Super chlorination is advisable if the temperature exceeds 32 ° C (90 ° F) or in case of heavy use of the pool, heavy rain, winds that bring debris or pollen in the water. Increase the dose of chlorine so that the concentration increases to 3.0 to 5.0 ppm for pools or 5.0 to 7.0 for spas. Thus, bacteria and algae are fought against. Return to the normal dose when the temperature drops below 32 ° C (90 ° F).
Shock treatment (normally every 2 weeks or one week when the temperature exceeds 30 ° C)
Over time it happens that the chlorine combines with organic wastes. Then, the amount of free chlorine decreases and thus so does its ability to fight bacteria and algae. The combined chlorine (also called chloramine) produces a bad smell. This characteristic odor suggests that there is too much chlorine in the water. The reality is quite different. This odor means that the dose of chlorine needs increasing for the amount of free chlorine to increase, too, as this helps get rid of the chloramine and finally the bad smell of chlorine. Some bacteria or algae can resist the daily dosage. This is why it is important to conduct regular shock treatments.

Shock treatment helps to solve several common water problems.
When should you apply shock treatment?
Increase the chlorine dose in the evening to obtain 10 ppm (about 5 times the daily dose).
Shock treatment every 2 weeks – Decrease the chlorine level to 3.0 or less before swimming. The ideal time for shock treatment is when it rains or it is too cold for swimming.
Shock treatment every week - When the water temperature exceeds 30 ° C (85 ° F)
When the water temperature falls to or below 30 ° C, you can go back to the 2 weeks cycle.

Shock treatment is necessary:
- In early and late season.

- If you have forgotten to add chlorine in recent days.

- If there is algae, if there was a storm, if there are many swimmers.

Do not use stabilized chlorine or chlorine pucks for shock treatment. Liquid chlorine may be used but it has the tendency to raise the pH levels and contains only 12% chlorine (bleach contains 6% chlorine).

Stabilizer (cyanuric acid)
Concentration: 30 to 50 ppm

The strong ultraviolet rays of the sun destroy much of the free chlorine in your water. A product like cyanuric acid, also known as stabilizer or conditioner, will form an invisible layer on the surface of the water that blocks the UV rays. This is an excellent investment because it allows you to save a lot of chlorine and you do not have to chlorinate needlessly every day.
